Our Housing Rehab Teams focus on assisting communities in aspects of community development in the areas of housing studies, compliance documentation, neighborhood needs assessments, preparation of grant applications and housing rehabilitation project management.  These communities can rely on us to manage project activities in neighborhood revitalization projects such as property acquisition, relocation of families, demolition, housing rehabilitation, and public infrastructure improvements. Our goals in this often emphasize sustainability, reducing monthly utility costs through energy efficiency improvements, providing accessibility improvements that allow homeowners to “age in place”, and reducing vulnerability to natural hazards such as hurricanes, high winds, and flooding. Also among the services we offer for low and moderate income areas are housing studies and analysis and community development planning and administration to encourage economic development.

Many of our clients rely on funding programs to rehabilitate or repair blighted houses and provide critical infrastructure to under-served neighborhoods. Some of these housing funding sources include:

CDBG- Housing Development

CDBG- Community Empowerment

HUD- Supportive Housing
