The project consisted of survey grade mapping of wastewater, water, and stormwater system features in a 1.76 square mile project area. This project included creation of a GIS database designed for capital improvements planning and implementation in the City’s asset management process. Conditions of system features were assessed during the mapping process and incorporated into the GIS database. 8,072 features and their attributes were captured by GPS and conventional survey and imported into the GIS database. The project included more than 132 miles of wastewater, water, and stormwater pipeline.
