Building Systems Group | New Town Hall

The project consisted of design of an approximately 10,500 square foot Town Hall. The building is of patterned brick construction with a standing seam metal roof and central clerestory for natural interior light.

Facilities were provided for the Police and Sheriff’s departments, including emergency dispatch and communications. Town Administration areas include the Mayor’s and Town Manager’s offices, utilities, planning and a Council Room. Parking areas and site utilities were provided on the site.

The exterior materials include brick, laminated aluminum panels, and a standing seam roof. The interior includes brick, wood paneling, and ceramic tile, in addition to typical office materials. The Wooten Company provided complete services for the New Town Hall including site work; landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work in addition to architectural design and life safety systems.

The design was based on the space needs study previously conducted by The Wooten Company.
