The project consisted of constructing four 9'x6' reinforced concrete box culverts with flap gates under a thoroughfare to aid pumping efforts and relieve major flooding upstream in Jack's Creek. A 20' x 7' multi-cell reinforced concrete box culvert was added at a
downstream road crossing to handle the additional flow from upstream. Construction was completed in 2004.
