SAS is the largest privately owned software developer in the United States. The building "T" project was a seven-story office building with 201,000 square feet completely fit up space, including a 20,000 square foot corporate cafeteria. The Wooten Company provided complete mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering design services for the project. The building has a six story atrium with a smoke evacuation system. A sprinkler system protects the entire building. The building is equipped with a high speed, fiber based, broadband network and supported by an 800 KW generator and 600 KVA uninterruptible power supply.
