The project was a new 270,000 square foot high school, a complex building with 1, 2 and 3 story wings and interconnected areas which included a complete kitchen and dining area. The Wooten Company provided complete engineering design services for this project, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and life safety systems. An ice storage system to take the place of one of two chillers was designed as an energy saving alternative. An extensive filter and dust collection system was designed for use in the Cabinet Lab/Shop area. In addition, toilet facilities were added to the school stadium at a later date. The Wooten Company also provided construction administration for the project.

The Wooten Company also performed engineering services for the softball complex building and athletic field lighting at Middle Creek Park, which is adjacent to the Middle Creek High School. The Wooten Company provided engineering design services for all plumbing, mechanical, electrical and ball field lighting systems in the project. The project consists of a four-field softball complex; with a 2-story, 5,600 square foot building housing the men's and women's toilets, a concession stand, and storage areas.
