The Wooten Company's Kennedy Named PENC Fellow

Raleigh, NC – At its annual Professional Development Conference last month, the Professional Engineers of North Carolina (PENC) recognized Arthur L. (Buck) Kennedy, PE as a PENC Fellow.
The PENC Board of Directors established the Fellows recognition program to honor those active PENC members who have demonstrated exemplary service to the organization, the engineering profession and the community.
Mr. Kennedy, also an Alderman for the town of Garner, has been with The Wooten Company since 1971. As Past President, he currently serves as Director of Business Development and Chairman of the Board.
Established in 1936, The Wooten Company has focused its efforts on providing engineering services to local governments, educational institutions, and industry. Its unique value-added offering has included assisting clients with locating and securing funds for utility and building systems development, upgrading infrastructure, and planning for growth.
